The results of a study on trends and scenarios for future supplemental benefits and health plans conducted by Sant’Anna School researchers at the Management and Health – MeS Laboratory will be presented at next Palazzo Wedekind seminar on May 31 in Rome. The Fondo Sanitario Coopersalute association organized the Rome Wedekind conference to highlight trends and give advice on a health system to provide medical benefits to all citizens, while improving efficiency.

As healthcare public-private partnerships are debated, supplemental healthcare system plan would incorporate existing public health insurance plans in a national system that rebalances healthcare spending. The assessment and recommendations by the Fondo Sanitario Coopersalute association are intended to identify leading practices and offer employees supplemental voluntary benefits. These plans will provide employees with assistance should a health-related problem arise.

Bringing together key speakers in the healthcare management community, Michele Faioli (Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini),  Sabina Nuti (Management and Health – MeS Laboratory coordinator) and Federico Vola (Management and Health – MeS Laboratory), this debate will focus on health plans and comprehensive employee benefits.
